05:15 - 07:15 National, Junior National and Regional - Cancelled (Lincoln Vulcans Open Meet)

All other sessions run as normal.

Any swimmers in Regional Squad that weren't able to enter the Lincoln Vulcans Open Meet should train 07:00 - 08:30 with County Squad.
